4 Units Flatbed Semi‑Trailers Shipped To Bolivia

FEICHI Factory recently shipped 4 flatbed semi-trailers to our client from Bolivia. With this order delivered, we expand our business in South America, proving we can build heavy trailers that work well on Bolivia’s highland and rough roads.

We designed these flatbed trailers to match local transport requirements. Customers can use them to carry building materials, containers and other heavy cargo. The main beam is made of Q345B high tensile steel, which makes the whole frame strong and not easy to deform under heavy weight. Each trailer is fitted with three 13-ton axles, 12R22.5 radial tyres, mechanical leaf spring suspension and full air brakes with ABS. It can carry up to 60 tons and the platform measures 12.5 meters long. The open flat design lets workers load and unload goods from any side easily.

No trailer leaves our plant without full checks. Our workers inspect all weld joints, test brake air tightness and check load performance one by one. Every chassis goes through sandblasting and anti-rust coating, so the trailers can withstand Bolivia’s changeable weather.

We followed the production and shipping plan closely. After all inspections passed, the trailers were sent to port for sea shipment. Our logistics team handled all related work to ensure smooth loading on time.
