The 3-axle 40m³ bulk cement semi-trailer is specially designed for efficient transportation of bulk cement, with large volume and strong load capacity. The three-axle chassis design guarantees stable driving, the lightweight tank adopts high-strength steel to reduce the deadweight; the pneumatic conveying system discharges the materials quickly and leaves less residue, the sealed structure prevents moisture and leakage, adapts to long-distance transportation, and it is widely used in the fields of infrastructure and cement plant, etc. It is safe and economical.

The tank volume of this model is 40 cubic meters, the maximum load can be up to 55 tons, the empty weight is about 10 tons, and the total mass is about 65 tons.
The tank adopts horizontal fluidized bed structure, and the fluidized bed is in the shape of meter, which can effectively reduce the material residue and improve the discharging efficiency. The tank material is Q235A or Q345B high-strength steel plate, with good torsion and impact resistance.
Equipped with Weichai Huafeng 44kW diesel engine or BPW brand air compressor, adopting double brake system to ensure safety and reliability during transportation.
Adopt air suspension technology, which can reduce the impact of bumps on the tank, prolong the life of tires and improve the smoothness of the vehicle.
