2-axle Fence Semi Trailer sent to Sudan

Last month, a logistics and transportation company in Port Sudan contacted us and ordered a batch of 2-axle fence semi trailers. The customer mainly uses them to transport grain, steel, and machinery equipment from Port Sudan to various parts of the country, and usually also needs to pull equipment and machinery parts from the port to the mining area.
This 2-axle fence semi-trailer has a much lighter weight than a 3-axle one, but there is no problem pulling the machine on a daily basis. The structure of the rail is also very practical in transportation scenarios in Sudan. Bagged goods such as cement, grain, and steel are prone to slipping, and once the rail is stopped, it will not roll everywhere. The fence can be flexibly opened and closed, suitable for transporting various types of goods. The fence frame is welded with rectangular steel pipes, and each fence has two horizontal beams and three vertical braces, with sufficient strength.
At the same time, this 2-axle fence semi-trailer is equipped with a single point suspension, which has better cushioning performance on bumpy roads than ordinary steel plate spring suspension. The frame is less impacted, especially in Sudan where the climate is dry and the air suspension is prone to aging and becoming brittle in high summer temperatures. Mechanical single point suspension has no such problem.
This 2-axle fence semi-trailer has been loaded and shipped from Qingdao Port. With this semi-trailer, we have also equipped the customer with some vulnerable parts and made moisture-proof preparations before shipment, covering it with tarpaulin. This semi-trailer will arrive in Sudan in about a month.
