2-axle Flatbed Semi Trailer sent to Brazil

At the beginning of the month, a logistics and transportation company in Brazil contacted us and ordered a 2-axle flatbed semi-trailer. This semi-trailer is mainly used for transporting containers and bulk cargo such as soybeans, corn, and sugar, and also for delivering building materials and machinery to surrounding construction sites. This flatbed semi-trailer has been produced in the factory and is ready for shipment at the port.
The weight of this 2-axle flatbed semi trailer is nearly two tons lighter than that of a 3-axle 4-axle trailer, making it fuel-efficient for empty return trips. It is also much more convenient for turning around and reversing in narrow passages in the city and industrial areas of Sao Paulo. The main beam is welded with high-strength steel, and key stress points are locally reinforced and thickened.
The platform surface of this 2-axle flatbed semi trailer has been treated with anti slip treatment and laid with anti slip patterned boards. The customer said that too thick boards increase the weight, and too thin boards are not wear-resistant enough, which is just right for him.
