2-axle Flatbed Semi Trailer sent to the United Arab Emirates

Last month, a logistics and transportation company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates contacted us and ordered a batch of 2-axle flatbed semi trailers. At present, all semi trailers have been manufactured and are undergoing final rust prevention treatment in the workshop. They will be transported to the port for loading and sent to the United Arab Emirates in the next few days.
This batch of 2-axle flatbed semi trailers uses T700 high-strength steel welded frames, with both the main beam and crossbeam reinforced. The configuration of 2-axis is more practical in the logistics scene of the UAE port area, with light weight and smaller turning radius than 3-axis vehicles. The platform surface of the flatbed semi-trailer is covered with thick patterned plates. The customer said that the thickness is just right, but if it is too thick, it will increase its own weight, and if it is too thin, it will not be used.
The main beam of the semi-trailer is made of high-strength steel welded box structure, with locally reinforced ribs at key stress points, widened brake pads, and a single-sided double door design for the toolbox. One side is used to hold the accompanying tools, and the other side is used to release the rocking rope and spare fastening ropes.
In addition, this batch of 2-axle flatbed semi trailers has a row of tensioner fixing points on both sides of the flatbed, with a spacing of 400 millimeters between them, making it convenient to use straps to fix goods of different sizes. The tail is equipped with LED combination taillights, which have high brightness and long lifespan, and will not age quickly in the strong sunlight environment of the United Arab Emirates. The tires are also heat-resistant and have been adjusted according to the usage conditions in the United Arab Emirates at the time of leaving the factory. The tire pressure is slightly lower than the regular tire pressure to prevent tire blowouts caused by high tire pressure in high temperatures.
This batch of 2-axle flatbed semi trailers was loaded and shipped from Qingdao Port in early June. The customer is quite satisfied with our quality and delivery time, and has expressed that if our business continues to grow in the second half of this year, they may order two more units of the same model specifically for short distance delivery.
