4-axis Side Wall Semi Trailer sent to Ghana

Recently, a 4-axis side wall semi-trailer was loaded and shipped from Feichi factory to Ghana. The buyer is engaged in the transportation of agricultural products and building materials, with a transit warehouse that usually receives cement, steel bars, fertilizers, and various bagged goods from the port, and then delivers them to the transfer point at the northern border. They have been using flatbed trucks to run this line before, but bagged goods are prone to slipping off the flatbed truck, and they need to be fixed with a large number of straps and tarpaulins every time, which is time-consuming for loading and unloading. After seeing our side wall semi-trailer, they felt that this type of vehicle with a fence was more suitable for their main cargo transportation, so they ordered this 4-axis side wall semi-trailer to try it out first.
This 4-axis side wall semi-trailer uses a high-strength steel welded frame, with both the main beam and crossbeam reinforced and thickened. The side wall height has been increased according to customer requirements, making it easy for bulk building materials, bagged cement, ore and other goods to slip off. The side wall semi-trailer can ensure that the goods are held without falling out. If it is occasionally necessary to pull oversized goods or use a forklift to load and unload from the side, the fence can be removed and used as a flatbed truck, but the efficiency is much higher than that of a flatbed truck.
The four axles of this 4-axle sidewall semi-trailer are all Fuhua axles, with twin tires installed on each axle for better load-bearing capacity. The suspension is mechanical and uses six thick steel plate springs. This suspension structure is simple, durable, suitable for heavy loads and bumpy roads, and easy to maintain locally in Ghana. Moreover, Ghana has a long rainy season and heavy rainfall, causing many roads to become muddy and unbearable. A four axle semi-trailer is less likely to slip and get stuck on wet roads.
The customer is also quite satisfied with our delivery time. Currently, this 4-axis side wall semi-trailer has been loaded and shipped at the port, and it will arrive in Ghana in about 40 days. The customer said that if the business volume of the northern route continues to grow in the second half of the year, they will order two more units of the same model.
