Steel pipes and coils that are over ten meters long can be directly bundled and lifted up. Mechanical and electrical equipment and palletized building materials can also be laid flat and stacked, saving time and effort. The 3-axis design is also very reasonable in the road conditions of Jordan, and has good stability when running long distances.
We have repeatedly discussed the configuration with the customer several times, and the surface of this batch of 3-axis flatbed semi trailers has also been covered with thick anti slip patterned plates. The middle of the plate surface has been designed with encrypted rope tightening holes, which is very convenient for tying steel pipes and mechanical and electrical equipment. The toolbox has a double-sided large box, with a butter gun and accompanying tools placed on one side, and a rope tensioner and spare fastening rope placed on the other side.
All concealed areas on the inside of the frame and the openings on the crossbeam of the flatbed semi-trailer have been treated with cavity wax spraying for rust prevention, sealing off all channels for salt spray and moisture to enter. The air drying tank has also been strengthened to prevent condensation in the pipeline caused by large temperature differences between day and night in desert areas.
