3-axle Side Dumper Semi Trailer sent to Cameroon

Recently, a customer from Cameroon placed an order with us for this 3-axle side dumper semi-trailer. These trailers are specifically designed for the local road conditions and transportation needs in Cameroon. They have completed the entire production process and are currently waiting for shipment at the port.
This 3-axle side dumper semi-trailer will be mainly used for infrastructure projects and mineral resource transportation in Cameroon, helping customers improve material transfer efficiency. The customer is pulling coal and limestone, which have small particles and good fluidity. The flip unloading is particularly fast. The 3-axle design is suitable for the road conditions in Cameroon, and it is easy to pull around 35 tons. It is also not bulky when running empty.
At the same time, this 3-axis side dumper semi-trailer uses high-strength steel for the main beam of the frame, and the entire vehicle has undergone automatic submerged arc welding process, which has good resistance to torsion, earthquake, and deformation. Some mining areas in Cameroon have poor road conditions, especially after the rainy season when there are many potholes on the road surface, which requires high chassis strength for vehicles. This solid structural design can ensure that the trailer remains stable even in poor road conditions, and is not prone to problems such as frame deformation or weld cracking.
In terms of delivery time, due to the need for additional days to install and debug the hydraulic system caused by a rollover, we arranged for 25 days for him. I took photos of the oil cylinder installation and vehicle painting during the production process and sent them to him, and he was very satisfied.
