4-axis flatbed semi-trailer sent to Mali

The picture shows a 4 axle flatbed semi-trailer ordered by a customer in Bamako, Mali last month. It is currently being loaded onto a ship at the port and is about to be shipped. The customer has been engaged in logistics business in the surrounding area for several years and has a fixed group of mining and trading customers. The old flatbed trailer frame used before has aged and the welds have cracked. This time we switched to a 4-axle flatbed semi-trailer, hoping for a sturdy and durable flatbed semi-trailer to enhance transportation capacity.
Mali is a landlocked country without direct seaports, and international trade heavily relies on neighboring ports for transit. Highway transportation is improving and truck turnover is accelerating. The main beam of this 4-axle flatbed semi-trailer is made of high-strength steel and reinforced structural design, with outstanding load-bearing capacity compared to other models in the same class, which is perfectly suitable for customer needs.
The load capacity of this batch of 4-axle flatbed semi trailers is slightly higher than that of 3-axle vehicles. Coupled with thickened mechanical suspension and 12R22.5 steel wire tires, the road conditions in Mali are mainly gravel and dirt roads, and air suspension is prone to problems in such environments. The durability of mechanical springs is much better. The route from the southern mining area of Mali to Bamako passes through undulating hilly terrain, and the 4-axis model is much more stable than the 3-axis model under heavy load conditions. It runs without shaking or twisting when fully loaded, and each tire has less pressure on the road surface, making it less likely to sink into soft roads. The impact on the frame is also more uniform.
After the production of this 4-axis flatbed semi-trailer was completed, we took a complete test video and sent it to the customer. The customer was quite satisfied after watching it and said that the configuration met their expectations. This flatbed semi-trailer was carefully packaged and rust proofed when leaving the factory, with key parts coated with rust proof oil and tightly wrapped with rainproof cloth to prevent salt spray corrosion at sea and moisture during port transit.
