Four powder tank semi‑trailers have left our factory and are now on their way to Saudi Arabia. For our business, this shipment represents another real‑world win within the Middle‑East heavy‑transport sector.
When we first talked with this Saudi customer, they stressed how tough desert road runs can be. Daytime temperatures stay very high, and trucks often travel non‑stop over long distances to deliver building supplies. Taking these points onboard, we did not simply send out our regular stock units. Instead, we adjusted key parts specifically for their daily work. Each unit comes with a 60CBM tank plus heavy‑duty three‑axle configuration, made to haul bulk cement and fly ash. Special steel plates were selected for the tank shell, standing up well against constant heat and surface abrasion out on site.
Much thought also went into the pneumatic discharging setup. In actual field use, quick emptying and less leftover powder mean less downtime for their fleet. The client can complete unloading faster, which directly helps them hold down running expenses for their logistics business.
This Saudi company runs material transport for local construction jobs. Before placing the formal order, their technical team went carefully over drawings and checked finished units at our workshop. It took quite some back‑and‑forth discussion before the deal was finally locked in.
We see this delivery as a good starting point for further local work. Moving forward, we keep listening closely to feedback coming from end users, rather than only sticking to standard designs. Our goal remains supplying sturdy, workable trailer solutions to more overseas buyers.
