5 Units Dump Semi‑Trailers Shipped To Uruguay

FEICHI factory just sent out five dump semi-trailers to our client based in Uruguay. The trailers were loaded on the ship and will arrive at Montevideo Port soon. It is another successful delivery for us in South America’s heavy transport business.
Lots of infrastructure projects are underway across Uruguay. Local transport companies need durable trailers to haul sand, stones, construction debris and bulk farm products over bumpy roads and long distances. This set comes with three axles, a 35 cbm U-type cargo box and a 60-ton loading limit. The single-stage hydraulic cylinder lifts steadily and empties cargo quickly. We fit 12R22.5 tires, EBS brake system and LED lamps to guarantee driving safety both on highways and rough site roads.
We use high-strength manganese steel to make the cargo box. The U-shaped structure prevents wet clay and sticky materials from sticking to the inside wall, which saves plenty of time during unloading. The whole chassis is sandblasted and covered with anti-rust paint. This treatment protects the trailer from damp weather and salt wind near the coast. Each unit will go through weld inspection and full function tests before shipment to avoid potential quality faults.
