FEICHI Powder Tank Semi-Trailers: 3 Units Shipped to Turkmenistan

We’ve just finished loading three FEICHI powder tank semi-trailers for our customer in Turkmenistan. It’s another real project we’ve delivered for Central Asia, where lots of construction teams need solid trucks to move dry bulk powder.
Each trailer comes with a 45m³ carbon steel tank, mostly for cement and fly ash. We know roads there can be rough, and temperatures swing a lot all year round. That’s why we fitted Wabco brake parts and FUWA axles with mechanical suspension. Every tank gets sandblasted first, then anti-rust primer and final paint, so it can hold up against dusty, tough weather out there.
We talked back and forth with this client long before production started. They shared how their loading station works, so we adjusted the pipe layout and the top manhole position. We double checked unloading pressure and working height too. Our goal was simple: once the trailers arrive, they can start work right away without extra fixes.
All units were secured carefully at our Shandong factory. They will take sea and land transit all the way to the Caspian region. Basic spare parts like air seal kits and brake shoes are stored in each toolbox, convenient for quick repairs later.
