3-axle Gooseneck Lowbed Semi Trailer sent to Uzbekistan

Last month, a logistics company in Uzbekistan contacted us and ordered several 3-axle goose neck lowbed semi trailers. Currently, all the vehicles have been manufactured and are undergoing final debugging and rust prevention sealing treatment in the workshop. It is expected to be shipped out in the next few days.
These 3-axle gooseneck lowbed semi trailers have a load-bearing platform length of 8 meters and a width of 3 meters, and can accommodate one medium-sized crawler excavator or two small rollers in parallel. The surface of the platform is covered with 10mm thick wear-resistant patterned steel plate, which is two millimeters thicker than ordinary flat plates - the customer specifically requested it because their track shoes have spikes, which can easily cause dents when they are too thin.
The main beam is a box shaped structure welded with high-strength steel, and the key stress points are reinforced with local stiffeners. The brake pads have been widened, and in some parts of Uzbekistan, the altitude difference is significant, so the wide pads provide more sufficient heat dissipation.
Considering that Uzbekistan experiences hot and dry summers with temperatures often exceeding 40 degrees Celsius and cold winters with temperatures as low as minus 15 degrees Celsius, all rubber components of these 3-axle goose neck lowbed semi trailers are made of high and low temperature resistant materials. The circuit connectors have been treated with waterproof and dustproof measures. The surface of the frame and springboard is sprayed with weather resistant polyurethane paint, which is UV resistant and not easily faded or powdery under strong sunlight.
These low flatbed semi trailers are about to leave customs and will be transported by land, arriving in Uzbekistan in about a month.
