4-axis Flatbed Semi Trailer sent to the Philippines

Last month, a logistics company in Manila, Philippines approached us and ordered a batch of 4-axle flatbed semi trailers. This batch of vehicles is mainly used to transport nickel ore, and also to transport containers and building materials. This batch of 4-axle flatbed semi trailers is currently ready for shipment.
This batch of 4-axle flatbed semi trailers uses high-strength steel welded frames, with both the main beam and crossbeam reinforced and thickened. There are a total of eight tires on the 4-axis, with a larger ground contact area and more dispersed load. It has much stronger grip when running on steep slopes and wet roads. The flatbed model has no side wall restrictions, making it very convenient to load and unload packaging boxes for building materials and agricultural products. There are also bagged nickel ore loaded in mines, steel pipes and steel bars on construction sites, 20 foot and 40 foot containers transported in ports, which can be lifted by forklifts or cranes without having to flip over the boards one by one like a pallet truck.
The customer is more concerned about the frequent occurrence of typhoons in the Philippines every year. We explain that as long as the standard waterproof coating is in place and the rust prevention treatment is passed, there will be no problem with stopping for a few days. The toolbox also comes with a whole piece of waterproof oilcloth and tie straps to cover the body and key electrical interfaces during the rainy season, extending the service life.
The customer is quite satisfied with the workmanship and delivery time of our batch of 4-axle flatbed trailers. They said that they will test drive the car first when it arrives, and if it works well, they will order another batch at the end of the year.
