He runs an oil logistics company in Nigeria, and he told me that several old oil tankers he has been using for many years have poor sealing of the discharge valves and often leak oil. The frame of this 3-axis oil tank semi-trailer is made of high-strength steel welded channel steel frame. The connection between the tank body and the frame is fixed with bolts and buffer pads. The tires are also equipped with steel wire tires with inner tubes. The tank body is coated with epoxy zinc rich primer and two layers of polyurethane topcoat, and the paint film is thickened. The primer is rust proof and the topcoat is weather resistant and UV resistant.
