4-axle Flatbed Semi Trailer sent to Ghana

At the end of last month, an old customer from Ghana contacted us again. He runs a medium-sized logistics company and has several old flatbed semi trailers that are severely aging. He wants to replace them with new ones that are sturdy, durable, cost-effective, and easy to maintain, specifically designed for hauling heavy steel bars, construction materials, and agricultural machinery.
We recommended this 4-axle flatbed semi-trailer to him. The frame of this 4-axle flatbed semi-trailer is welded with high-strength steel, and the main beam and crossbeam have been reinforced and thickened. The biggest advantage of tablet design is that it can accommodate anything - manganese ore bags in mining areas, bauxite equipment, bundled steel bars on construction sites, containers for port transportation, forklifts or cranes, without having to flip over the boards one by one like a pallet truck. The 4-axis configuration has one more bridge than the conventional 3-axis configuration, with a total load capacity of over 60 tons, and the car runs steadily.
It is worth mentioning that regarding this 4-axis flatbed semi-trailer, the customer also instructed us to weld a removable ladder socket at the rear of the flatbed, which facilitates the construction site to install ladders for loading and unloading track equipment. The toolbox is also on both sides, with one side holding the accompanying tools and the other side holding spare straps and rope tighteners. We also laid anti slip patterned boards on the surface of the flat plate, and made dense rope tightening holes in the middle of the board surface in advance, making it easy to secure heavy goods.
The price and payment were negotiated quite smoothly, and we have discussed multiple proposals before. The customer plans to try one first, and then order the second and third after the fleet management is smooth and the supply is stable. This 4-axle flatbed semi-trailer was loaded onto the ship at Qingdao Port in early this month. The customer said that they would unload the container as soon as possible after the port. They hope that after this batch of trailers arrive in Ghana, they can run quickly on the way from the mine to the port, help the customer do business, and lay a solid foundation for future deep cultivation in the West African market.
