4-axle Rear Dump Semi Trailer sent to Senegal

A 4-axle rear dump semi-trailer has recently completed assembly and commissioning, and has been loaded into a container at the port and sent to Senegal. This rear folding semi-trailer was ordered by a local building materials transportation company and is mainly used for transporting sand, gravel, cement, and so on. Previously, the customer used a regular semi-trailer with manual unloading, which was inefficient and costly to hire someone to unload. This time, they switched directly to a rear dump semi-trailer.
This 4-axle rear dump semi-trailer has four axles, and the load capacity of the 4-axle is significantly higher than that of the conventional 3-axle. The vehicle's total weight and stability performance are also relatively balanced. With a large number of tires and a smaller load-bearing capacity per tire, it is suitable for running on gravel roads in quarries and is less likely to get stuck. Moreover, the back dumping method allows the driver to operate the hydraulic lifting of the cargo compartment from the cab after arriving at the construction site. The material automatically slides down from the rear and can be unloaded in two to three minutes, eliminating the need for manual clearance and saving several hours of waiting time and labor costs.
The cargo compartment length of this 4-axle rear dump semi-trailer is 6.5 meters, the height of the side panels is 1.5 meters, and the actual volume is about 15 cubic meters. It can hold about 20 tons of sand. The main beam of the frame is made of high-strength steel, and the bottom plate has also been thickened. When flipping back, the rear of the cargo compartment needs to land, and if the bottom plate is not wear-resistant, it will quickly wear through.
The side panel and rear door have been reinforced with ribs, and the rear door is also equipped with a chain lock hook to prevent it from tipping open during transportation. The suspension is made of thickened steel plate springs, combined with a balance beam, and the force on each axis is relatively uniform in the four axis state.
This 4-axle rear dump semi-trailer will be shipped from Qingdao Port and is expected to arrive at Dada Port in about 25 days. Due to the large volume of the rear semi-trailer, we shipped it in a frame container with a flatbed, and separately packaged the hydraulic cylinders and pipelines to prevent collisions. After arriving at the destination, the customer only needs to connect the oil pipe, add hydraulic oil, and check the bolt fastening before putting it into use.
