Eight axis Lowbed Semi Trailer sent to Colombia

Recently, a client from Colombia found us through a previous partner's introduction. He told us that Colombia has been investing heavily in energy transformation and infrastructure in recent years, and his equipment often needs to be transported between different mining areas. However, the previous transport vehicles were severely aging, with cracked beams and hydraulic lifting systems that were not very effective. He urgently needed a semi-trailer that could truly withstand heavy loads of up to 100 tons.
The terrain of Colombia is complex, with the Andes Mountains running through the entire region. Mining areas are mostly concentrated on the edges of mountains and rainforests, and the roads leading to the mining areas are winding and steep, making it difficult for ordinary semi trailers to walk.
We recommended this eight axle lowbed semi-trailer to him, which has a large number of axles, a large grounding area, dispersed pressure, stronger load capacity, and a maximum load capacity of 130 tons. The frame is made of high-strength steel, and the key load-bearing parts have been locally thickened. The main beam is a box section welded structure with good torsional performance, and the bumpy roads in the mining area are not easily deformed. The gooseneck has been reinforced, with a smaller turning radius, allowing for smooth passage in mountainous areas even when turning back. Before painting, a layer of epoxy zinc rich primer was sprayed, and protection was also taken against salt spray corrosion. Ports and highways in coastal areas of Colombia have high humidity, and without rust prevention treatment, they will rot in a few years.
Additionally, it is worth mentioning that we have equipped this eight axle lowbed semi-trailer with a heavy-duty hydraulic ladder. The slope and length of the ladder have been optimized, and the lifting device has also been upgraded for greater durability.
Along with this eight axle lowbed semi-trailer, we also sent the maintenance and repair kit we gifted to the customer. In addition, we have prepared a detailed maintenance manual in both Chinese and English, which includes daily inspection points, lubrication cycles, and common troubleshooting methods. With illustrations, the driver can also operate it according to their instructions.
