Last month, a logistics company in Lahore, Pakistan signed an order with us to buy a 2-axle fence semi-trailer. At present, all the cars have been completed and are undergoing the final inspection and protective treatment in the workshop. It is expected to be shipped out in the next two days.
This 2-axle fence semi-trailer uses a frame made of welded high-strength carbon steel structural steel, with reinforced side beams and crossbeams for stable load-bearing capacity. The advantage of a semi-trailer is that when loading bulk cargo, the railing can hold the cargo and prevent it from falling off; When packing cardboard boxes or woven bags, the railing can also block the goods from tilting outward. And the disassembly is also simple. When unloading, remove the railing, which has high loading and unloading efficiency. In addition to general cargo, this 2-axle fence semi-trailer is also the preferred choice for transporting animals and livestock.

The frame of this 2-axle fence semi-trailer undergoes a rust removal process before leaving the factory, removing all surface rust, welding slag, and oxide scale, and then spraying two coats of epoxy primer and one coat of polyurethane topcoat. The climate in Pakistan is generally hot and dry, but some areas have high humidity in summer, coupled with occasional rain during the rainy season. If the frame is not treated with rust prevention, the paint surface will quickly peel off. This layer of paint can withstand sunlight and rain, and delay rusting.
In terms of spare parts, the customer did not make too many requests, but we still sent a set of brake adjustment arms, several tail light bulbs and air circuit connectors, as well as two wheel hub covers to prevent mud and water from entering.
