3-axle Flatbed Semi Trailer sent to Jamaica

Last month, a logistics transportation company in Jamaica contacted us and ordered a 3-axle flatbed semi-trailer. At present, this flatbed semi-trailer has been fully produced and is undergoing final factory cleaning and rust prevention treatment in the workshop. It is expected to be transported to the port for shipment and sent to Jamaica in the next two days.
This 3-axis flatbed semi-trailer uses a high-strength steel welded frame, with both the main beam and crossbeam reinforced and thickened. The 3-axis layout is matched with thickened leaf spring suspension and 12R22.5 steel wire tires. The design of a 3-axle is also very reasonable in Jamaica's road conditions. It is not as heavy and fuel-efficient as a 4-axle or 5-axle, but also has an additional axle compared to a 2-axle vehicle. It has good stability and versatility, making it the most suitable flatbed semi-trailer.
Considering the rainy and humid tropical climate in Jamaica, all circuit connectors of this 3-axle flatbed semi-trailer have been waterproofed and sealed. The taillights use waterproof LED lights, and the surface layer is coated with two layers of polyurethane weather resistant paint. All concealed areas on the inside of the frame and the openings on the crossbeam have been treated with wax spray to prevent rust.
The price and payment negotiations went smoothly. In addition, we have provided the customer with some commonly used parts packages, which are sufficient for routine replacement in the first three months. The toolbox is also filled with a hydraulic jack and a set of simple tire changing tools, which are sufficient for emergency situations.
At present, this 3-axle flatbed semi-trailer is waiting for shipment at the port.
