3 Units Low Bed Semi-Trailers Shipped To Libya

Three low bed semi-trailers have been fully finished and shipped out to our Libya customer recently. This cooperation started back in early August. After rounds of technical confirmation, in-factory quality checks and on-site loading supervision, these trailers set sail from Qingdao Port last week.
Built for heavy machinery hauling, this model is widely picked by local construction and mining businesses in North Africa. Every trailer comes with 3 axles and 12R22.5 tyres, with a max load capacity of 60 tons. We use high-tensile manganese steel for the main beam, which can stand frequent travel and bumpy local roads. Thanks to the gooseneck structure, loading height is reduced greatly, so excavators, bulldozers and other big engineering equipment can be placed smoothly.
We made targeted upgrades to fit road situations in Libya. Heavy load suspension and strengthened side rails are fitted to adapt to mixed road surfaces in Tripoli, Benghazi and other coastal areas. All chassis parts receive anti-rust paint treatment to resist moisture and salt wind from the Mediterranean Sea.
We kept our client updated all through production. Weekly photos and short videos covering steel cutting, welding, beam forming and final painting were sent to show real progress. The buyer checked all details and signed off the loading without concerns.
