Last month, a loyal customer from Mauritius placed another order with us, this time for a
4-axle flatbed semi-trailer. They have bought it twice before and have been using it for over two years with good feedback. The customer used to use a three axle semi-trailer, which was not a big problem for pulling containers. However, when encountering large equipment (such as small excavators, generator sets) or ultra long steel, the stability of the three axle trailer is slightly inferior. As soon as this batch of 4-axle flatbed trucks arrives, some of the old semi-trailer trucks can be replaced, and the overall transportation capacity will be greatly improved.
This
4-axis flatbed semi-trailer has a platform length of 12 meters, a width of 2.5 meters, and a load-bearing area of 30 square meters. The surface of the platform is covered with 8mm thick patterned plates, which are more wear-resistant than ordinary flat plates. Equipment with steel bars or sharp bases is also less likely to be scratched. The main beam of the frame is made of T600 high-strength steel, with a through type welded structure. The height of the longitudinal beam reaches 450mm, and the designed bearing capacity is around 50 tons. The heaviest cargo actually pulled by the customer is about 35 tons, with ample margin. In addition, detachable guardrails have been installed. During regular flatbed transportation, the railing needs to be removed; If sand or small loose cargo needs to be pulled, install the fence board and surround both sides and the tail. The height of the fence board is 600mm, fixed with pins, and can be disassembled and assembled by one person in ten minutes. The customer is very satisfied with this design and said that one car can do the work of two cars.

The sea transportation in Mauritius is relatively convenient. This
4-axle flatbed semi-trailer adopts the transportation method of bulk carrier flatbed frame, with the whole vehicle fixed. The bottom of the frame is padded with anti slip rubber pads, and each axle is locked with binding straps. The surface of the flat plate is covered with a waterproof oilcloth to prevent salt spray corrosion. After arriving at the port, customers only need to check the tire pressure and test the brake system for ventilation before they can hit the road.
