3-axis Bulk Cement Tank Semi Trailer sent to Libya

In April of this year, a customer of Libyan rice found us through Facebook. He is engaged in building materials trade and also has a small ready mixed concrete mixing plant, mainly supplying to surrounding construction sites. He used to use ordinary bulk cement trucks with small tanks and slow unloading. He wants to switch to a 3-axis bulk cement tank semi trailer with a larger tank, faster unloading, and more suitable for Libyan road conditions.
This 3-axis bulk cement tank semi trailer is made of high-strength steel, with a cylinder thickness of 5mm and a head thickness of 6mm. The welding joints have undergone non-destructive testing, ensuring sealing and pressure bearing capacity. The tank capacity has been achieved to 40 cubic meters according to customer requirements, and it can pull more than 50 tons of cement when fully loaded. The unloading of the powder tanker uses the principle of air compressor inflation. After connecting the air pipe, the cement in the tank is blown out through the fluidized bed, and the unloading speed is quite fast. One tank of cement can be unloaded in about 40 minutes.
We have also made arrangements for spare parts. It is not very convenient to buy specialized accessories for semi trailers in Libya. Many things need to be purchased abroad. We have equipped this 3-axis bulk cement tank semi trailer with a set of vulnerable parts including brake pads, wheel hub bearings, discharge valve seals, and various gas pipe joints. And it is specially equipped with several manhole cover sealing rings. I also made a maintenance manual in Arabic, which includes daily inspection points, air system maintenance, and tank cleaning methods. Drivers can operate it by following it.
The price and payment negotiations went smoothly. The customer has also asked other suppliers before, and compared to them, our quotation has a clear advantage in terms of cost-effectiveness. 30% of the payment will be made by wire transfer as a deposit, and the remaining balance will be paid in full upon receipt of a copy of the bill of lading. After signing the contract, the deposit was quickly received, and the customer's satisfaction was quite reassuring.
The production cycle was scheduled for 30 days because the gas path system and sealing welding of the powder tanker truck are more complex, which takes several more days to debug than ordinary semi-trailer trucks. We took videos of tank welding, paint spraying, and air tightness testing during the production process and sent them to him. After watching them, he said they were even better than the photos.
