Last month, a distributor of oil products in Senegal contacted us and ordered a batch of
3-axle oil tank semi trailers. This batch of vehicles is mainly used to deliver gasoline and diesel from refineries and ports to gas stations and construction sites in various inland areas. At present, all the cars have been manufactured and are undergoing final air tightness testing and tank cleaning in the workshop. It is expected to arrive at Qingdao Port next week for shipment to Senegal. All export documents are ready and customs clearance is also progressing simultaneously.
We have selected carbon steel material for the tank bodies of this batch of
3-axis oil tank semi trailers, with a wall thickness of 5.5mm and locally thickened head parts. The corrosion resistance can meet the salt spray environment along the coast of Senegal. The effective capacity of the tank has reached 45000 liters, and it can hold about 38 tons of finished oil per trip, which is nearly 8 tons more than the customer's previous old model car. The tank is divided into three independent compartments, and diesel and gasoline can be loaded in different zones. One trip can supply two different fuel users at the same time, greatly reducing the empty driving rate. Each cabin roof is equipped with high-precision breathing valves, and the pressure inside the tank is always controlled within a safe range under high temperatures during the dry season.

The frame of this batch of
3-axle oil tank semi-trailer adopts high-strength steel welded channel steel frame, and the unloading system is equipped with emergency shut-off valve and pneumatic subsea valve, all with anti overflow protection. The customer repeatedly confirmed the leak proof and electrostatic grounding devices during inspection. In terms of corrosion prevention, this batch of tanks and frames underwent a rust removal process after welding, removing all welding slag, oxide skin, and floating rust. Then, two coats of epoxy zinc rich primer and two coats of polyurethane topcoat were sprayed. Multiple steel plate springs are used for suspension, with a margin of load-bearing capacity, so it will not be too bumpy when running on roads where heavy trucks have pressed out the ruts.
We have provided customers with a fairly sufficient set of vulnerable parts, and the operation manual has been made into a bilingual version in Chinese and French. The customer is very satisfied with our service and hopes that this batch of
