Last month, a mining and construction contractor in Limassol, Cyprus approached us and ordered this
3-axle rear dump semi-trailer. He used front top dump trucks in his previous fleet, which were either unusable or had limited capacity, requiring him to make a trip every time he loaded around ten tons. In addition, the requirements for the unloading site are high, and even a slight slope can make one feel uneasy. His idea this time is very clear: to replace it with a semi-trailer that can be loaded more and unloaded more steadily.
This
3-axle rear dumper semi-trailer adopts a high-strength steel welded frame, with double-layer reinforcement for both the main and auxiliary beams. The rear lifting part is specially supported by a triangle, which has good torsional resistance and lifting stability. The carriage is made of thickened high-strength wear-resistant steel plates, and the thickness of the bottom plate can withstand the impact of stones hitting it, without deformation or perforation during use. The characteristic of rear dumping is that the carriage tilts backwards during unloading, and the material flows directly out along the tail. Compared to a side flip, a back flip has lower requirements for the width of the site on both sides, making it much more convenient to make a U-turn on narrow roads or work near walls on construction sites.
At the same time, the exterior paint of this
3-axle rear dumper semi-trailer has been specially customized according to the customer's requirements and the climate of Cyprus. After welding, the frame of this semi-trailer underwent a polishing and rust removal process to remove welding slag, oxide scale, and rust. It was then sprayed with two coats of epoxy primer and two coats of polyurethane topcoat. The bottom plate inside the carriage has also been treated with rust prevention, because there is some moisture in the stones and waste rocks. If the bottom plate is exposed to damp materials for a long time without protection, it is easy to rust from the inside out.
The customer is quite satisfied with the workmanship and delivery time of our
