6 Units Fuel Tanker Semi-Trailers Shipped To Sudan

FEICHI has finished production and loading of six fuel tanker semi-trailers for a fuel distribution company in Sudan. The order was completed ahead of the agreed delivery date, and the units are now on their way to Port Sudan, where the customer will put them into service on fuel delivery routes between Khartoum and the Red Sea coast.
Each trailer uses a carbon steel tank with five compartments, baffle plates inside to reduce surge during braking, and a bottom loading system with vapour recovery. The running gear is a three axle configuration on a reinforced chassis, rated for the load limits the customer operates under. Tank shells are shot blasted and coated with an anti corrosion primer plus a top coat that holds up under high UV exposure, which matters in Sudan where surface temperatures stay high through most of the year.
The customer compared suppliers in China and the Gulf before placing the order. What decided it was the ability to deliver the six units as one batch inside a defined shipping window, and the spare parts package that went with them. FEICHI supplied brake chambers, seals and valve kits together with the trailers, so the fleet does not sit idle waiting for a part to clear customs.
Before shipment, every unit went through pressure testing, a brake test and a road trial with load on. Photos and inspection reports were sent to the customer for review and sign off.
This is the second Sudan order for FEICHI this year. The company builds fuel tankers from 30,000 to 50,000 liters, in single and multi compartment versions, and can adjust axle count, discharge system and insulation according to the route and the product carried. For buyers who need it, shipping, documentation and after sales support are arranged through partners in East Africa.
