FEICHI Factory Ships 5 Side Wall Semi‑Trailers to Nigeria

We are pleased to announce that five side wall semi‑trailers manufactured at FEICHI factory have been dispatched to our partner in Nigeria.
This customer shopped around several trailer makers before placing the order. They reviewed our production clips and compared build quality, steel specs and suspension setups. In the end, they picked FEICHI because our trailers feature heavy‑duty main beams and reinforced side posts, offering solid performance at a reasonable cost.
These trailers are tailored for rough road conditions across West Africa. Each unit comes with 3mm side plates, a 120mm I‑beam main frame and 12mm thick floor. They are widely used to move bagged cement, grain and different kinds of building materials. We fitted them with 12R22.5 tyres, FUWA style axles and manual landing legs. Most replacement parts are readily available in Nigeria, making local after‑sales support much simpler.
Our quality team carried out checks throughout the whole production process. We examined welding joints, sandblasting rust protection and paint coating. The buyer arranged an agent to come to our factory for pre‑shipment inspection. All five trailers passed the check directly and required no rework.
Cargo loading was completed at Qingdao port using ro‑ro method. This loading way helps prevent scratches on side panels and lights while the vessels sail to Africa. The transit time to Lagos is about 28 days, which may change due to weather and port delays.
Our Nigerian contact has already reached out for a follow‑up enquiry. He wants three extra trailers with taller side walls, and we are preparing a quotation matching his new loading requirements.
