![3-axle Flatbed Semi Trailer sent to Libya 1]()
In early March, a customer of Libyan rice found us through a friend's introduction. He is engaged in the transportation of building materials and reconstruction supplies locally, mainly pulling steel bars, precast cement slabs, steel pipes, and generator equipment. The customer is still looking forward to this
3-axle flatbed semi-trailer because many construction sites and ports in Libya are now resuming operations, and there is a high demand for logistics.
This
3-axis flatbed semi-trailer adopts a high-strength steel welded frame, and the main beam and crossbeam have been thickened, with a relatively solid load-bearing capacity. The rated load is around 40 tons, which can meet the transportation needs of most bulk cargo and heavy equipment. The 3-axis design is more suitable for the road conditions on the edge of the Libyan desert. If there are too many axles, the car will be too heavy and fuel will be wasted, and if there are too few axles, it will be unstable when pulling heavy goods.
The main beam is welded with double-layer steel, and the key stress points are locally strengthened, which has much stronger bending and torsion resistance than ordinary single-layer main beams. The distance from the oil field to the processing plant or port is often several hundred kilometers, and if the vehicle breaks down halfway, the rescue cost is very high. So customers are particularly concerned about the frame issue, and our reinforced structure is designed to reduce the problem of weld cracking and deformation, making the vehicle more durable.
This
3-axle flatbed semi-trailer has also put effort into corrosion prevention. We conducted shot blasting and rust removal before leaving the factory, cleaned the oxide scale and rust on the steel surface, and then sprayed two coats of epoxy primer and two coats of polyurethane topcoat. After this treatment, the paint surface has stronger adhesion and can withstand the erosion of sunlight, salt spray, and sandstorms.
