3-axle Flatbed Semi Trailer sent to Oman

Last mid month, a client from Oman contacted us through Facebook. His main business is transporting steel, aluminum coils, construction machinery, and building materials, as well as some cross-border transportation services. He told me that he wants to switch to a new flatbed semi-trailer, preferably a 3-axle one that can handle heavy cargo, has a solid chassis, and strong corrosion resistance. So he ordered this 3-axle flatbed semi-trailer from us to try it out first.
This 3-axle flatbed semi-trailer uses a high-strength steel welded frame, with both the main beam and crossbeam reinforced and locally thickened, and key stress points reinforced with double-layer stiffeners. The 3-axis layout, combined with thickened leaf spring suspension and 12R22.5 steel wire tires, can achieve a rated load of over 40 tons and run relatively stably. The surface of the flat plate is covered with a 5mm thick anti slip patterned board, and the hole for the rope tensioner in the middle of the board is designed with encryption, making it easy to tie steel or machinery. The toolbox is designed as a large box with double doors on both sides, where onboard tools and grease guns are placed on one side, while the rope tightener and spare fastening ropes are released and stored separately without mixing.
In terms of accessories, we have equipped this 3-axis flatbed semi-trailer with specialized plate spring bushings, brake adjustment arms, wheel hub bearings, and other parts, while also explaining the daily maintenance points. Customers are very satisfied with our service and prices.
