![4-axle Gooseneck Lowbed Trailer sent to Uganda 1]()
Last mid month, a client from Uganda approached us through our trading partner in East Africa. He runs a heavy engineering logistics company, and in the past two years, the development of oil fields and infrastructure construction in Uganda have been very popular. He has received several long-term orders for oil field equipment transportation and engineering machinery relocation, but his tractor quantity is not enough. Therefore, he wants to find a solution of "one tractor can tow two" - one tractor can tow one low flatbed semi-trailer, and then tow one full trailer, so that two sets of equipment can be pulled at once. So this time, he specifically came to us to make a
4-axle goose neck low flatbed trailer to test the effect.
The biggest advantage of a trailer type full trailer is that one tractor pulls it in front, and another ordinary semi-trailer or another full trailer can be connected behind it. The combination of road train type is very practical in long-distance logistics in Africa. This
4-axle goose neck trailer with a low flat plate uses a box shaped structure welded with high-strength steel for the main beam, and all key stress points are reinforced with local stiffeners. The suspension is made of heavy-duty mechanical spring steel plates, with six thickened pieces and a fully mechanical structure without electronic components, making it easy to maintain under simple maintenance conditions in East Africa. The surface of the flat plate is covered with reinforced anti slip patterned plates, and encrypted rope tensioner bases and locking holes are reserved in the middle and edges of the plate, making it easy to tie steel pipes or large steel structures.
The customer also inquired about the length adjustment range of the tow bar. We have made him a five level length adjustable tow bar, which is compatible with the towing height of most European and Japanese standard towing heads. He will have sufficient compatibility for future car changes or rental towing heads.
The customer is quite satisfied with the structural strength and multi axle coordination of the tow bar of our batch of
4-axle goose neck low flatbed trailers. If they are good to use, we will add full trailers with the same configuration in the future.
