FEICHI recently completed the delivery of three fuel tanker semi-trailers bound for Oman, marking another solid cooperation with buyers from the Middle East energy transport sector. This client runs a local fuel distribution business and was looking for tough, practical trailers to move diesel and petrol across Oman’s road network. We went through rounds of technical communication, sorted out their actual usage needs, locked in the design plan, and pushed forward production as scheduled.
These tanker trailers are built with carbon steel tanks split into separate sealed compartments. This design lets drivers haul different types of fuel in one single trip, cutting down empty runs and lifting operational efficiency. Anti-surge baffles inside the tank limit liquid sloshing when braking, cornering or travelling on undulating desert roads, which greatly boosts driving stability. Standard fittings including manholes, breathing valves, discharge outlets and static earthing gear are installed to fit the loading and unloading habits of local fuel yards.
We adopted a heavy-duty three-axle chassis with reinforced main beam. All core running parts are picked to stand frequent long-distance runs under high temperatures. The air brake system follows local market norms, so spare parts are easy to source and routine repair work will not be troublesome. Full sets of reflective tapes, side guards and rear protection structures are equipped to meet local road safety rules, and the surface coating is made to resist intense sun exposure and sand erosion in the Gulf region.
Every unit went through tight checks before loading. Our QC team carried out pressure testing, leak inspection, valve function testing and overall fitting verification to rule out hidden risks. All relevant paperwork, test reports and operation guides were handed over together to help the buyer clear customs smoothly and get started quickly.
