2 Units Side Wall Semi-Trailers Shipped To Qatar

FEICHI is pleased to announce that two units of side wall semi-trailers have been completed, inspected and loaded for shipment to our customer in Qatar. Both units were built strictly to the confirmed drawings and requirements, from cutting, welding, painting and assembly to final inspection, with each stage checked by our quality control team.
The trailers are three-axle side wall models for general cargo, carrying bags, boxes, pallets, building materials and farm products on highway routes. The frame is welded from high strength carbon steel, with reinforced beams, cross members and support legs stable under heavy loads and repeated braking. Steel side walls with removable posts allow easy loading from both sides, and the flat floor holds loose and palletized cargo firmly. Each unit has leaf spring suspension, quality brake chambers, durable hubs, radial tires and a lighting set meeting Gulf road standards.
For Qatar's hot climate, sandy roads and long distances, FEICHI focused on anti corrosion, heat resistant paint, sealed wiring and robust brakes. The chassis was shot blasted and primed before the finish coat, and fittings were chosen for dusty high temperature use. Engineers tuned the suspension and axle load for local roads and planned cargo weight, keeping the trailers stable and reducing tire wear.
Before loading, both units passed inspection of frame dimensions, welding, brake pressure, wheel alignment, lights and paint. They were then lashed securely on the vessel, sensitive parts covered, and documents prepared for smooth clearance in Doha.
