5 Units Flatbed Semi-Trailers Shipped To Jordan

Five units of FEICHI flatbed semi-trailers have been loaded and shipped out of Qingdao port bound for Aqaba, Jordan, closing another delivery in our Middle East order queue this quarter. The buyer is a haulage company based in Amman who first ordered one tri-axle 40ft flatbed from FEICHI back in 2024 for container movement between the port and inland depots.
This batch splits into three standard tri-axle 40ft flatbed trailers and two extendable flatbed units designed to handle 20ft, 40ft and 45ft containers as well as over-length cargo such as steel beams and prefabricated building sections. The main beam is cut from Q345B high-tensile steel, and the deck uses 3mm checkered plate to stand up to repeated forklift loading. Each unit rolls on FUWA-style 13-ton axles with mechanical leaf spring suspension, twelve pairs of twist locks, a 28-ton landing gear, toolbox and two spare wheel carriers. The air braking system follows ISO double-line spec with ABS, and the seven-pin electric socket is wired to meet Jordanian road transport approval standards.
Before the trucks left our Linyi plant, every trailer went through weld inspection, shot blasting, anti-rust primer plus polyurethane topcoat, brake bench testing and a 40km loaded road trial. The customer's own engineer also flew in for a mid-production check and signed off on dimensions, paint thickness and tire pressure readings before RORO loading.
Freight through Aqaba keeps flowing north into Iraq and east into Saudi, so the client needed hard-running trailers that spend less time in the workshop. FEICHI bundled a full spare-parts kit and a two-year structural warranty with the order, along with operation manuals printed in both English and Arabic.
Production for the follow-up low-bed trailer order is already on the line, scheduled to leave the factory before the Spring Festival holiday.
