3 Units Dump Semi-Trailers Shipped To Mali

Three units of dump semi-trailers have been finished, inspected and loaded for shipment to Mali this week, another delivery that keeps FEICHI busy on the West African route. The trailers were built to the customer's specification and left the factory together, which means the buyer receives a matched fleet instead of three vehicles assembled at different times with different detailing.
Each unit is a three-axle dump semi-trailer with a reinforced box body, hydraulic front-lifting cylinder and a full sub-frame. The body panels are made of high-strength steel, with the floor plate thickened to withstand the abrasive laterite and gravel that the trailers will carry on Malian roads. The hydraulic system uses a reliable brand cylinder matched to the truck's PTO, and every hose, joint and valve was pressure-tested before the trailer was assembled. Axles, suspension and landing gear were chosen for heavy-load operation, and the braking system is set for tropical conditions.
Before loading, our QC team ran a complete check: dimensional measurement, weld inspection, hydraulic lifting test, brake test and a road trial with load. Photographs and inspection records were shared with the customer before the containers were sealed. The customer also asked for a few practical changes—extra grease points, a toolbox welded to the frame, and rear mudguards suited to dusty roads—and these were completed without extra charge.

We keep common spare parts in stock and can arrange shipment of wearing parts together with new orders, so operators are not left waiting for a single cylinder seal.
