Just finished dispatching 4 side wall semi‑trailers out of our workshop, on their sea journey towards Benin. It is always satisfying when we get another order fulfilled for West‑Africa buyers. This client reached us some months back, and we worked through quite a few discussions to get the trailer specs right for his daily transport work.

Roads around Benin can be pretty rough, so we did not go for thin‑grade steel. Instead, Q345B steel was used for the main frame. Side panels can be taken apart whenever needed. That gives the driver more options when moving building supplies, loose bulk goods or regular merchant cargo. Many local fleet owners like this flexible design. Three axles together with ABS braking were fitted as requested. When running over bumpy stretches, the whole trailer stays steady and lowers accident risks.

Before loading into containers, our workers checked every welding spot, suspension and brake part one by one. Strong straps and padding were added inside containers. We want to avoid knocks or scratches over the long ocean voyage. Once these trailers start working locally, they should help the customer finish more hauling jobs and hold down running expenses.
